CK Builders worked one-on-one with this Lehi homeowner to remodel their home to meet their needs. We added a mother-in-law apartment on the north of the home, added a new master bedroom suite, attached an additional 1200 square feet of basement to the existing home, added a wraparound porch, removed the chimney, and installed a gas fireplace with a slate and copper mantle. We installed a Metro shake roof in Weathered Timber, installed new soffit, fascia, and gutters, attached a two-car garage on the west of the home, poured new driveways and sidewalks, installed new windows and doors, and remodeled the existing kitchen, dining room, and formal living room for more functionality and space.
