Having a dream to fill a niche in the housing market, Chad Kirkham worked to make his dream a reality by starting CK Builders in April of 2001. Focusing on premium products and excellent customer service, Chad ventured out on his own. He enlisted the expertise of his wife, Robynn, and lifelong friend, Steve Davis. With more than 50 years of construction experience between the three, the foundation was laid to develop a company whose main focus is "quality that lasts a lifetime!" 
 
Chad Kirkham is the company's president. His philosophy is, "if my name is on it, it had better be done right!" This philosophy transfers into every facet of the company. From the training of employees to job site cleanup, customer satisfaction is the priority. Chad takes great pride in installing premium products with a quality that lasts. He is always available to speak with homeowners and answer any questions they might have. You might see him on-site, as he is known for dropping in on crews to insure his quality standard. No matter the job size, Chad expects a high quality installation and excellent customer service.
 
Robynn Kirkham is the company's secretary / treasurer. She has an associate degree in office administration and a bachelor's degree in accounting. She had worked as an office manager for multimillion dollar construction companies for over 10 years and brings her accounting and administrative skills to CK Builders. She can answer any questions you have regarding billing, financing, or warrantees.
 
Steve Davis is the company's sales manager. Steve is a former general contractor and a metal roofing expert. He is the factory representative for Metro Roofing Products, and was the first contractor to bring stone-coated steel to the intermountain area more than 30 years ago. Steve is very knowledgeable on all stone-coated steel products and has worked with all the manufacturers of stone-coated steel. If you have any questions regarding the benefits of steel roofing, Steve is the man you want to talk to.
 
You might also run into Shane Kirkham, who is the company's residential job site foreman. Shane has worked very closely with Chad for over 15 years and is an experienced installer of stone-coated steel.
